Jason Allaire, PhD - Founder and President

Dr. Jason Allaire is an Associate Professor of Psychology at NC-State and a recognized expert in aging and health disparities with over 25 years experience in health-related research. He earned his PhD in Life Span Developmental Psychology with a minor in Statistics at Wayne State University and completed his postdoctoral training in Gerontology at the Pennsylvania State University. He has authored over 50+ publications in peer-reviewed journals, and has secured over 5 million dollars of federal funding from NIH and NSF.

In 2010, Dr. Allaire founded Generativity, a company dedicated to providing high-quality medical writing and data analysis services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Under his leadership, Generativity has become a trusted partner for organizations seeking to effectively communicate scientific findings and advance their research goals. Dr. Allaire’s commitment to excellence and his passion for improving health outcomes have been driving forces in his successful career.

Philip Buck, PhD, MPH - Partner & Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Phil Buck has over 20 years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), most recently as Senior Director of Global HEOR at Moderna, where he built Moderna’s initial HEOR function and led global HEOR activities during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2022), followed by supporting Moderna’s pipeline portfolio of mRNA-based vaccines (2023-2026). Dr. Buck was previously Head of US Health Outcomes and Epidemiology at GSK Vaccines, where he had responsibility for development and implementation of the HEOR strategy for GSK’s US vaccines portfolio, including the launch of Shingrix, as well as business development opportunities. Dr. Buck also held positions of increasing responsibility at GSK and Teva, working in both US and global roles to support multiple disease areas including oncology, respiratory, and neurology. Dr. Buck holds a PhD in social / health psychology from Wayne State University and an MPH in epidemiology from the University of California, Berkeley. He also completed post-doctoral training in infectious disease at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Buck has authored over 50+ peer-reviewed publications.

Eileen Allaire - Director of Client Services

With over 26 years of experience, Eileen drives client satisfaction and business growth at Generativity. A proven leader in client relations, she excels at identifying and developing new business opportunities, consistently exceeding client expectations. Wesley Wong, PharmD - Medical Writing Manager

Wesley is a clinical pharmacist at CVS Speciality Pharmacy, dedicated to ensuring the accurate dispensing of speciality pharmaceuticals and infusion therapies, as well as the delivery of pharmaceutical care services. These services include chronic disease management, drug therapy monitoring, drug utilization review, patient education, and drug information. Collaborating with various healthcare professionals, Wesley strives to enhance patient outcomes. Additionally, as a research associate for Generativity Solutions Group, Wesley leverages his clinical background to support various medical writing and outcomes research projects requested by pharmaceutical clients. Beyond making an impact on the individual patient level, he aims to make a larger impact on broader populations through his work at Generativity.
